Origin :
Originally from Asia Minor, vine spontaneously grows in southern Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. It is nonetheless quite commonly cultivated.

Description :
It is a creeping and sarmentose shrub whose branches can be 30 metres long in the wild. It is in the autumn when its leaves adorn themselves with the red colour.

Properties :
Red Vine Leaf extract presents anti-blotch, antioxidant and free radical scavenging properties and are thus very effective in delaying skin ageing. It also has softening and draining properties.

History :
Vine is one of the most ancient cultivated plants. The Greeks and Egyptians knew it and the leaves found in temples and houses testify that vine was an ornamental plant.
