Origin :
Native to Armenia, Coriander is found from Mediterranean countries to the Northern Indies.

Description :
This annual herb, 80 cm high, produces small white or pale mauve flowers from the beginning of summer.

Properties :
Coriander essential oil is reputed for its healing, antioxidant and antibacterial benefits. It is also recommended for its regenerating and invigorating properties.

History :
Coriander is one of the oldest known spices. Traces of it are found in the customs of ancient Egypt. It was used for medicinal purposes in Greek and Roman civilisations.
